I can not say enough about Mark and Edyth. They are both exceptional representatives for card connect and I look forward to working with them going forward. Mark is the representative who explained all the signup info to me. He was so thorough and professional and actually gave me the time of day to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. He is one of the main reasons I signed up because of his incredible customer service. Edyth I can not say enough about either, every time I emailed or called either of them I heard back immediately snd my questions or concerns were answered to my full satisfaction each and every time. As a business owner, they are the exact type of employees I would want on the front lines of my business making sure I am represented in the proper light with customers. I hope card connect acknowledges the hard work they do for the business because with our great employees a business will not stand on its own.
